ARE THERE ANY DAY RETURN COACH OPTIONS?

Yes, we have teamed up with Big Green Coach to offer day ticket + coach travel packages and coach travel only. Day return coach travel direct to the festival is available on both Friday and Saturday from Chichester, London, Portsmouth and Southampton. Don’t miss a minute of the festival! Head to: http://po.st/WL16BGC

WHAT TIME TO GATES OPEN AND CLOSE?

Gates open at 2pm on both days. They close at 1am on Friday and 1am on Saturday. Music starts as soon as gates open and some stages will be run right through until close.

I LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE UK, WILL YOU MAIL MY TICKETS TO ME?

Please see the standard conditions on the website you are booking your tickets with.

WHAT IF I PRINT MORE THAN ONE COPY OF MY TICKET OR A PHOTOCOPY OF MY TICKET IS MADE?

Only the first scan of the barcode on your ticket will be allowed entry.

Make sure you keep it in a safe place like you would cash and protect it just like you would any other ticket!

If more than one copy were to arrive, the barcode scanner will alert the attendant that the ticket has already been scanned and all other tickets would be void.

CAN I PURCHASE PRINT@HOME/TICKETFAST TICKETS FROM ANYWHERE ELSE?

Please only purchase any tickets, including Print@Home/ticketFAST from one of the authorised ticket agents listed above. Never buy a Print@Home/ticketFAST ticket from another source as you are effectively buying a piece of paper that could have been photocopied several times and as mentioned above, the ticket scanners will only allow the individual barcode through the gates once.

I HAVE LOST MY TICKETS, WHAT CAN I DO?

Unfortunately tickets cannot be replaced under any circumstances. Please look after your tickets like you would cash.

IS THERE ON-SITE PARKING?

Yes, there is a car park on site. Ticket can be purchased in advance – details coming soon, however, you can purchased on arrival.

I THINK I MAY HAVE BOOKED TICKETS FROM A SCAM WEBSITE, CAN WILD LIFE HELP?

We advise you to only book via the official outlets detailed on www.wildlifefestival.com tickets section. You can also report anybody you suspect of Internet fraud to Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040.

There will be accessible parking on site, a viewing platform at 4 stages and wider access toilets available across the festival.

WHAT DOES A VIP TICKET INCLUDE?

We are working hard to create an unforgettable VIP experience. VIP tickets include access to our VIP area which features real flushing toilets and chill out areas. More info coming soon …

I BOOKED A COACH AND FESTIVAL TICKET PACKAGE FROM ONE OF THE OFFICIAL OUTLETS, MAY I NOW TRAVEL BY MY OWN MEANS?
